Are you bored with making the same smoothies over and over? Or perhaps you don’t make them because you’re not sure which ingredients go well together.

Join me for a Smoothie Making Class on Wednesday Nov 30 6:00-8:00pm at my home!

Smoothies are such a quick and simple way to give your body lots of nutrients. You can eat the colors of the rainbow in just one meal.

They are also a really versatile meal option, you can make them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a healthy snack.

The experience will include:

  • prepping ingredients together

  • making and tasting multiple smoothies that each have their own health benefits

  • all the recipes to take home

  • health coaching and nutrition education with me about best ingredients and brands to use

  • inspiration to make delicious and nutritious smoothies for yourself and your family

  • health coaching handouts

  • some simple and quick go to options for when you are short on time but want to make a healthy choice

Amy Witzigreuter, founder of Witzi’s Raw Granola, will be joining us to share about the nutritional benefits of granola and how we can use it in a variety of recipes. Plus we will sample her amazing products.
