The intention of the Movement Challenge is to gather people in a supportive and inspiring community with a goal to move their body daily in a way that feels good for them.

Two 30-minute group health coaching calls with me via Zoom – one at the start and one at the end of the challenge

Welcome Zoom 30 minute coaching call: Sunday November 27th at 4:00pm EST
Closing Zoom 30 minute coaching Call: Wednesday December 7th at 8:00pm EST
Recordings will be available for the Zoom calls if you can't make them live
The accountability of being in a group to motivate each other and share experiences with optional participation in a private What’s App group chat during the challenge
