A holistic approach...
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
I teach my clients to tune into their bodies and practice body listening. This is a skill that can be learned and fine-tuned. Ask yourself questions such as, "How do I feel today" and "What do I need today?". Based on the information your body gives you, you are guided to make decisions based upon your needs that day. Everyone's body is different, I will teach you how to tune into yours across all areas of your health - this is where the transformation happens.
Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories and not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
With a special interest in women’s health, I base my teachings on the fundamental principles of unconditional self-love, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. I wholeheartedly believe that they are the anchors for finding peace within.
