Do you struggle to fit exercise into your schedule?
Do you stop and start with an exercise plan and find it difficult to stay consistent?
Does being in a supportive and relaxed community feel like a manageable and fun way to start to be more physically active?
The intention of the Movement Challenge is to gather people in a motivating and inspiring community with a goal to move their body daily in a way that feels good for them.
The Movement Challenge will consist of…
Two group health coaching calls with me via Zoom – one at the start and one at the end of the challenge
Thursday May 11th: Welcome Zoom coaching call at 8:00pm EST
Sunday May 21st: Closing Zoom coaching call at 7:00pm EST
Recordings will be available for the Zoom calls if you can't make them live
The accountability of being in a group to motivate each other and share experiences with optional participation in a private What’s App group chat during the challenge. I will be coaching each day in the chat. The feedback from previous participants has been that they love this daily inspiration and communication. We share all sorts of things wellness related such as what movement we are doing for the day, recipes, meal ideas, photos etc
