Awaken: A Centered Soul Weekend Retreat at Sunnybrook, Sandusky, Ohio

Join Centered Soul Retreats for a weekend retreat designed to rejuvenate your spirit and awaken all of your senses. You will be called to reflect upon what you what to awaken and grow in your life, whether that is more love, creativity, inner peace or joy. This offering will help you "begin again" as we clear away winter heaviness and welcome in the spring season. This retreat incorporates all-levels yoga, meditation, sound and vibrational healing, workshops, healing foods and time for quiet reflection in a beautiful and peaceful setting. You will be guided throughout the weekend to set a clear intention for your life and to reflect, heal, grow and dream in order to manifest that intention. For this nurturing experience, you’ll join a small community of like-minded people seeking to grow gratitude and graciousness in their lives.

Lodging is in a 4-star facility, Farrell House Lodge, and all meals and snacks are included. Food is fresh, plant-based and organic.  For this retreat your teachers and facilitators are Megan O'Bryan, Sara Green and Dawn Witt Schroeder. The menu will be created by Heather Campbell of Intentional Eats. Your massage therapist for the weekend is Annie Schraibman.

Retreat site is a magical nature conservancy encompassing 130 acres of scenic woodlands just 60 miles west of Cleveland in Sandusky, Ohio. Only a one-hour drive from Cleveland and you’ll feel miles away. Retreat guests will reside in a pristinely appointed four-star lodge or Fram house which will foster your rest and relaxation. Winding through the property is a two-mile stretch of Ohio’s Cold Water Creek, a crystal clear stream that meanders into Lake Erie.
